At around 8pm today when my dad got home from work he and my mom started fighting because my dad didn't want to eat why my mom made that day. I love the color "Virgin" from the Urban Decay Naked Palette, however they don't sell it on it's own. I currently have "Sin" which is very similar, it is just more pigmented and brighter than Virgin is. I think Sellout was very similar to those three. I just love Virgin because it is more sheer. The teacher can legally call the police and they can file an assault and battery charge against your mom. Slapping a teacher because she "picked on" you is not protecting you or anyone. The good news is that I doubt your teacher will press charges or even call the police because while she has a case here, she will still have to tell the police how the situation escalated and what she said to you. That will get back to the school and she can be fired (or at least reprimanded) if what she said was egregious. From what you said she did step over the line, but you were probably being a bit of a brat and frustrated her.

Is at&t coverage as good as verizons in northeastern pennsylvania?

Generally, on the east coast, coverage is pretty good for all carriers for 2g and 3g so I wouldn't worry about that. Verizon does have a faster 4g network if available, but at&t has a faster 3g network. Personally I prefer Verizon, but that is just me out of millions of people. Also, I really like the pantech ease. The keyboard is perfection because the space bar is not in between the "v" and "b" keys. I find the Pantech Jest strange because you swipe your thumb on the directional pad instead of pushing a button. Also, the keyboard on the Jest is cramped. For Verizon i recommend the Kin Twom. The OS on the kin twom is almost like windows phone 7. I do not recommend refurbished phones though. On most not all problems are adresssed during the fixing stage for Verizon at least. I hope I helped!

Friend passed out what happened?

So me and my friend went to a party the other night everything went fine. She got drunk, but nothing new. The next day we go over to my other friends house and smoke a few bowls. Again nothing special. All of the sudden she just falls straight to the ground and hits her head on a cabinet. I had no idea what was going on and she barely reacted to hitting her head and just laid there. i knew something was up so i helped her up and asked what wrongs and she barely responded, then she slowly hunches over and falls backwards and passes out again! So now I'm freaking out, I slap her face a little to wake her up and i pull her up to go sit her on the couch. On the way to the couch she can barely take 5 steps without her whole body shutting down and not being responsive. She'd just slump to the ground. Every time its only for about 20 sec then she can barely respond. I'd have to yell her name for her to wake back up. She'll open her eyes, stand back up and say im fine then the next 5 steps she would just go limp again. i had to hold her up the entire time so that when she blacked out she wouldn't fall and hit something. Then i finally sat her down cuz she could not walk without passing out. She was in a cold sweat and said she just wanted to sleep but i wouldn't let her afraid she wouldn't wake back up. After a while she was fine and was light headed the rest of the day. So my question is what happened!? Did she get drugged at the party? She does not do any other drugs besides pot and alcohol and she was not dehydrated and had plenty of sleep.

How to deal with my horrible mother?

So my mother complains all the time that she does not have anyone to take care of her and pamper atleast one whole day (since my parents are divorced she gets very lonely). So I decided to cook for her and give her a break from the kitchen for today and start cooking. To be honest I hate the kitchen and I hate to cook but I somehow bring myself to do it. im 15 and home schooled my older sister has known something about me for about 5 years now shes 18 and still living with me and my mom. when it started she started making me clean for her and if i didnt she said she would tell all my friends. and up to now its getting worse for example the other day i was at a friends and my mom had to go to a wedding but i was very tired so i told my mom no thx im pretty tired so i was going to stay at my friends for a couple hours till my mom got back and i get a call from my sister 20 minuets late or so and she says were coming to pick u up to go to the wedding but i told her mom said its ok cause im tired she said no your going and it was on speaker so my friends could listen and i just kept saying no and she started calling me names ik not to yell at her cause if i do shes going to cause problems so i ended up going cuz shes a brat. idk what to do i end wanting to kill myself becaus ei cant live with her we probably have fought a thousend times and every time she wins just because of the thing she knows about me im scared she might tell me family and friends and theyll all hate me or stop talking to me the thing she knows about me is completley harmless but its very imberrasing to me. shes the type of person who gets mad all the time when she doesnt get her way. she talks about me not giving her respect. um hello! u took over my life for the past 5 years and u dont even realize that. she doesnt respect my mom she yells at her if my mom trys to stop her from yelling at me. and this one time a year ago my sister said she wants to do my hair and i told her no its fine im just putting it up and she threatend me so i sat down and i was trying to pull away and she pinched my arm and wouldnt let go and started yelling at me so i screamed and she socked me in the eye and i got a black eye. no one knows about this my mom just thinks she slapped me.i can never explain to my sister everything she does but she just yells. i hate her to much now i cant stand it what should i do?

I went to the movies for the first time in ages tonight and for some reason this couple brought their baby who may have been 2 or 3 months old and she cried and whined and pooped herself all through the movie. I was pissed. movies aren't cheap and these people never took her out, changed her diaper right in the theatre and she never shut up. Quality of music deteriorating?

I listen to a wide range of music from jazz to rap to good old rock n roll., I'm 23 and I definitely think that music is deteriorating simply because it has become more of a big bucks entertainment industry rather than about the art of making music. plus all this technology had changed the way music sounds. i prefer oldies stuff from the 80s or even the 70s. there are some good artists these days, but they are rare in my opinion.

11 years ago we lost our 12 year old son he turned a 4-wheeler over on himself crushing his head,this was more than we could stand it changed our lives in every way ,our lives have not been the same since. The reason I am here is I don,t know what to do at this point my wife gave up on life her health has gotten bad she gained twice her weight she want talk about us she just went back to work and it has helped but she just want take part in life she is just waisting away nothing matters. She has found a little relief with pills bad idea this has only made matters worse.She is a good person she use to laugh a lot thats what drew me to her now she never laughs never in a good mood no sex no romance no nothing, I have tried to get her to talk with someone but no good I have tried to tell her how I feel I am 51yrs old older but not dead we have been lost the past 11 yrs our lives are slipping away every day I am not ready to craw in a corner and die yet that is what it feels like but I love this woman but I get nothing from her I don,t want to leave her but I can,t go on like this. In the state of Michigan can a physically and mentally abused 17 year old move out legally and freely ?

My boyfriend who is 30 days from being 17 years old has constantly been physically abused (choking, kicking, slapping, etc), verbally abused and etc. His parents have been abusing him for many years now and that he is almost seventeen he is sick of the way he is treated and plans on moving in with my family. Legally, they cannot take him off our property if he is seventeen. right? And if he chooses to stay or move in with us the parents technical cannot do anything. Several calls to the police have been made and reports of the abuse have been made also. The police have done nothing but send him home back with his abusive parents as though it is alright, but is that alright? My main question is, what could the parents do if he decided to move in with us and legally when he is seventeen is he allowed to? Without getting emancipation

Me and my dad got into a big arguement. I am 14 years old and my dad treats me like a little girl. i feel strangled .......my bestfriend who ive known for 7 years(half my life) lives 3 blocks away. she sleeps over all the time but i cant sleepover there cause she has two older brothers(19 and 20) and that is my fathers "reason" why i cant sleepover there.
