Should I call CPS on my sister?

they always give to another family member first befor he goes into the system and even if he goes to a home you still can visit everyday if you would like. there is no such thing as lost in the system unless the family does not want him or chooses to not visit him. i think you sghould call cps befor it gets worse for him and your mom can get him the day cps takes him they will just have to go down and say i am the grandma and i would like to have him. they will probably want to know what she will do differently with him. some times they ask the mother befor they take him if there is a family member that he can go to for now. now if the mom says no i dont want him at my moms or sisters or other family members then he will be in a state home (group home/ foster home) but it will still be better and he will get his own checks into savings. and he will do alot better then he is now you will still be able to see him as well. so to make it short yes your mom can get him unless your sister says she cant have him
