Can anyone help me with this please?

Ok this mite sound silly question but I dont know if I am having a miscarriage because as far as I know I am not pregnant but I'm in pain. Since Friday Ive been expirencing stomach pains off and on all weekend. Last night it was quite bad and kept waking up in tbe night then today I've had it all day. Then At about 4 I have a diarreah and in pain still so I thought I must jest have a bug, but then just before I got in bed I started bleeding I don't know If it's a related I don't know what's going on??
