How do I fix the touch sensitive buttons on my Pantech Jest?

The touch sensitive buttons on my Pantech Jest aren't working, if you didn't firgure that out. I use those ceritan keys to; as my main menu and to scroll, and the other two are for my message screan and contacts screen. Basicly I cannot do anything on it now. This has happened before and it randomly fixed itself and now it won't and it's been like 2 mabye 3 hours. How do I fix this quick?
