Why do women assume that men who don't want them can't please them?

i have been looking a lot into robotics, and the ones that look like women always spark up a lot of hatred from women. some guy will make a comment like "robots are going to replace women" in jest, and than some woman will always respond that any guy who wants a robot can't please a real woman. why do women assume that men need to please them? i think most guys are getting sick of working their butt off for unappreciative women, what do you think?
