What's wrong with me? I feel like crying at random times, and I have voices in my head.?

I'll explain more. I feel like crying at random times. For no reason at all! And I have these weird voices in my head. But it's not just any voice. I might sound crazy-maybe i am- but my head pretends that i'm Avril Lavigne? I know, crazy. And the voices I hear is Justin Bieber. It's like he's watching me? Don't comment if you have nothing good to say. Just please help me! I need to know what's happening. I feel crazy. My life is messed up. I have more things- I cut. Don't judge me. Seriously. I just want help. Not more people to make me sad/mad.
